Kuldeep Manak "Kaliyan Da Badshah" was known for his unmatchable singing style of punjabi folk. He was named as "Kaliyan Da Badshah" for his unique singing.
He was one of the best Punjabi singers in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Even after his inexistence, he has huge fan following and generation is stil listening to his songs.In few places, in Punjab, people contemplate him as God.
Ample of time in punjabi industry the question was raised for his biopic.But till now no one has actually taken any initiative to follow this brilliant idea.Kuldeep Manak's life had so many dramatic ups and down which will inspire today's youth in many ways.
Now Virk Film's H virk and Josan Sandeep from Josan Bros. Entertainment collabrate to make a film on this legend's life. We must encourage their thougths on process this idea. Producer Josan Sandeep who belongs to Haryana but has contributed his expertise in big Hollywood movies like Skyfall, Total Recall, Amazing Spiderman, Ghost Rider II n Angelina Jolie starer Salt. And when asked that why punjabi cinema, to which he replied, “I had done so much for Hollywood films n this thought of doing something in Punjabi cinema Always was there in my mind but I always wanted to work on a film that should Remain in the minds of the punjabi cinema lovers for all the times to come so though of making a biopic on the legendary singer Kuldeep Manak Sahab for which I have done a huge research and I am sure that we, me n H Virk will do the justice to this biopic and audience will definitively love this film.
But there is little twist in this project. Who do you think would be the best actor who can totally justify this legendary role? This is a big question and we are sure that with your all support we will be able to find somebody who can Enact Kuldeep Manak and Re-Live his life on the big screen.
